Well done to our throwers who competed on Saturday in the Ulster Open Winter Throws Festival, at Lifford Strabane AC.
Grace Gormley was first up in the U18 girls Discus, finishing first with a best throw of 29.55.
Emily McKeown was next up in U16 girls Javelin. Emily finished first getting a pb of 19.89.
Aaron Smith was next in the U17 boys Javelin, finishing first with a best throw of 24.28.
