Templemore Throws Weekend
Well done to Charlee Williams, Thomas Williams and Grace Gormley who all competed in the Templemore Throws Weekend on Sunday.
Grace threw 32:80, Charlee (2.5kg) 40:76 and Thomas (5kg) 56:46 in the Hammer.
Grace also threw 31.17 in the Discus which was a new pb.
St Abbas’s AC Open Sports Day
Thomas and Charlee also competed on Monday in the St Abban’s open sports day.
Brilliant day of throwing from Thomas with a best of 61:35 (also had another over 60, and 2 more over 59!
Charlee also had a great day throwing 40:57 and was second overall.
All three are now preparing for the Ulster Schools Track and Field Championship.
