Deposit

Cause for Paws requires a 50% deposit on all bookings. No training session will be attended unless the deposit has been paid into our account within 24 hours of booking. If payment is not received, your booking date and time may be offered to another customer.

Cancellations by Cause for Paws

In the event that we need to cancel your appointment due to occupational health and safety concerns or other matters affecting our staff (including but not limited to unforeseen personal issues), we will make every effort to provide at least 48 hours’ notice. A full refund of your deposit will be processed to your nominated account within 24 hours of cancellation, or the session will be postponed at the client’s request.

Cancellations by Customer

If you cancel your appointment, no refund will be issued. Additionally, if you fail to provide at least 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full session fee. An invoice will be issued, and payment will be required immediately.

Postponement

If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice via phone, email, or text message. We will do our best to accommodate a new date and time that suits both parties.

Ongoing Support

Cause for Paws offers lifetime Ongoing free support via phone, email, and Skype to all our customers, and in some cases we will be happy to revisit your home for further assistance..
