👥 Our Team

At Cause for Paws, we’re proud to be led by two passionate, experienced, and highly skilled professionals who dedicate their lives to enhancing the bond between dogs and their humans.

🧠 Meet Ron – Founder & Canine Behaviourist (39+ Years Experience)

Ron - The Dog Behaviourist
Ron-The Dog Behaviourist

With over 39 years of practical, hands-on experience, Ron is a true leader in the field of canine behaviour. His deep understanding of dog psychology, combined with decades of real-world work, has earned him a respected reputation across Australia.
Ron specialises in complex behavioural issues—from reactivity and aggression to separation anxiety and obsessive behaviours—and his methods are grounded in natural communication, instinctual behaviour, and responsible dog ownership.

His approach is both practical and holistic, focusing not just on the dog, but also on educating the owner. Ron believes that dogs thrive when we speak their language—not when we expect them to speak ours. His success stories include rehabilitating traumatised dogs, transforming household dynamics, and helping countless families enjoy balanced, respectful relationships with their pets.

💛 Meet Stelle – Canine Support Specialist (12+ Years Experience)

Stelle has been an integral part of Cause for Paws for over 12 years, bringing with her a calming presence and a heart-centred approach to working with dogs and their people.
Her work is rooted in empathy, observation, and connection. Stelle excels at understanding the emotional and psychological needs of each dog, especially those struggling with anxiety, fear, or poor socialisation.

Stelle also supports clients throughout the training process, helping guide owners step-by-step while reinforcing consistency, patience, and compassion. She is a firm believer in preventative care and early intervention, helping puppies and young dogs start life on the right paw.
